That lady reminds me a bit of Voldo in Soul Calibur, or that bandage guy in Power Stone. Very well drawn, though.

This is a very old drawing. Back when I worked for Comico (mid-90's). I think it may even be a design for a Northstar (horror line) t-shirt.

If I may, and memory serves correctly, this paticular Drawin' was among the few concept sketches for a story... But, the NorthStar T-Shirt was a close-Up of Her lickin' her Scrumptious Lips... But, I don't rmember the TagLine...
